Outreach Support Worker - Dumfries
We are looking for Support Workers to join our Outreach team in Dumfries and surrounding areas. No two days will be the same, you will enjoy a varied role providing consistent care and support for setting up tenancies, people living in their own tenancies, transitioning from acute mental health units and social community integration ensuring our support meets the assessed practical and emotional needs of management and recovery modelled by the lived experience of people affected by mental health.

We are looking for a motivated support worker to join our team at Castle Douglas. Providing both support to adults living in a house of multiple occupancy and providing an outreach support service to adults living in the community the role will involve supporting people with all aspects of home and community living, emotional and psychological support.
